Paddle Board Mindful Movement is now being offered by trained paddle board mindful movement instructor Dr. Karena. She has had her own paddle board mindful movement practice since 2008 and has used it in trauma therapy. Now she is expanding to leading individuals and groups in paddle board mindful movement practices outside of her therapy practice. Contact Dr. Karena for specifics.
Q: Do I have to know how to swim?
A: It is recommended that you know how to swim but absolutely not required. Life jacket will be provided.
Q: Do I have to know how to do Yoga?
A: No. Mindful Movement is a trauma informed practice aimed at regulating nervous system and experiencing present emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
